Cardiac Surgery
Cardiac Surgery Department provides general and specialized consultancies for all
sorts of heart problems. The cardiac surgeons at KIH offer comprehensive surgical
therapy for all adult & pediatric cardiac diseases. Regular preoperative and highly
professional post operative care is the hallmark of this hospital. In addition to
surgical services there is an established cardiac rehabilitation center. Well experienced
cardiac surgeons, anesthetists, perfuisionists and OT technicians constitute the
cardiac surgeon team. Pulmonologists and Intensivists provide support in the Intensive
Care Unit post operatively.

Catheterization Lab
Our Catheterization lab is featured with state-of-the-art angiography machine known
throughout the healthcare industry for its outstanding image quality, low x-ray
radiation dose to both the patient and staff, and low procedure cost.
Operating Rooms
Two operating rooms with complete environment control and requisite positive pressure
as well as laminar flow are available. Operating rooms have been designed for cardiovascular
and general procedures.

Our coronary care unit has one to one care and continues patient monitoring. We
have patient friendly electric cardiac beds that are customized to support a cardiac
patient.
